Eating...health?

Hey So I have a little problem. I seem to get sick while I am at work quite often. I know its because I always start at stupid times and don’t feel like eating before hand and then I usually only get a 15 minute break because my shifts are so short, so you don’t have time to eat much…when I don’t eat I get extreme nascious (however you spell it) Its because my blood sugars drop so much. Anyways I was just wondering how I can fix this from happening on such a busy scheduale?

Take a granola bar with you. I’m not sure what you’re job is, but I’m pretty sure that you have a two minute time span to eat little pieces of the granola bar. It’ll help even just a little if not a lot. Just constantly give your body a little bit of food and it will help immensely.
