Mine's more of a drink than an actual food group. I prefer drinking water over anything else and would often avoid alcohol, sodas, powdered drinks, and the like if I could help it. Freshly squeezed fruit juices are fine, but I prefer water because it's accessible. I also love eating fruits as snacks over chips as well as unsalted peanuts.
