Does eating an apple a day really help your health?
I have been eating a couple apples a day for about a week. I’d like to keep this up, what are the benefits?
they say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but i dont wanna try that i really need my mom with me
Are you talking about just apples, or apples added to your daily diet? One apple by itself a day is not good. An apple with your meal is good because it gives you many nutrients and it is not unhealthy. Use it as a snack for school or when you get hungry.
i eat an apple a day, green ones to be exact nd well shocking i’m not getting as sick as i use to when i ate junk food…so i would sy yes it does help haha.
As Jaun said an apple alone won’t keep the doctor away, you still need a good diet. Not saying you can’t eat some fatty foods and enjoy the hell out of it but also eat lots of other fruits and vegetables, fish, and other lean meats that are high in protein but low in fat.. Also, if you don’t have access to vitamin and nutrient rich foods then take a multi-vitamin it can help just as much but it’s still good to eat healthy. You don’t have to be a health nut your obviously young but nevertheless a healthy body leads to a healthy mind which leads to a healthy spirit. At least that’s how I see it. Hope I helped!!

Apples do help as do any natural food (fruits, vegetables, herbs, etc.). They are healthier, but it is almost impossible to keep the doctor away forever.
Yes it sure does. Apples contain natural sugars, fiber, vitamins, etc that’s beneficial to your body. You should even go for two as well. It’s natural fat and rarely any calories if any. It’s a fruit that helps fight diseases. Like they say “ An apple a day keeps the doctors away”. (But if the doctors cute forget the fruit :-P) You can put it in your food, you can eat it as a snack, anytime. It’s more beneficial than a cup of coffee to get up in the mornings too. :-)

Well I would think so because your suppose to have…Well I believe about 4 servings of fruit daily…but any size or piece of fruit is very healthy for you..gives you lots of energy and vitamins.
I managed to keep the doctor away for 9 years! But that includes an apple a day, plus about 8 or 9 other portions of fruits or vegetables.

I eat around 8 to 10 portions of fruits and vegetables a day and I was not sick for 9 years. Obviously its not only my diet. I also try to get enough sleep and exercise almost every day.
