Eating at night?

What is the latest time that you should eat at night?

Answer #1

the best time is nothing to eat afer 6oclock in the evening…apprently anything you eat after 6 oclock in the evening turns into fat making it harder to digest and get rid of..hope this helps best wishes

Answer #2

I have always been told about 6 PM- but I usually don’t even get home till about 7. I think the 2-3 hour rule is a good one to follow

Answer #3

two hours before you eat is the lastest you should eat. and even then you shouldnt do it all the time because you will not use the energy you get from eatin which will ake you conserve it which in turn will make you gain weight.

Answer #4

I think it all depends on YOUR body. No one can say for sure what is best for YOU, because everyone is different. For example, I usually don’t get to sleep until 4-5am, and don’t wake up until 2-3pm, which is just because my body clock is out of wack right about now (the joys of being pregnant, lol), so I usually don’t eat my big meal of the day until around 12-2am. I also eat lots of snacks during the day, like a salad or a few mini pizza bites. MMM…

Answer #5

I would recommend the LATEST time for eating at night to be 8 o’clock. But I would generally say that it is best for your body to have its last meal around 7. If you find that you are still hungry later in the evening, eat something that is easily digestable such as fruit or raw vegetables (without anything added such as dressing or honey), or try a caffeine-free tea (jasmine and chamomile are great for night)

Answer #6

have your dinner at 7 or 8 o’clock.

Answer #7

2-3 hours before you go to bed…

Answer #8

I’ve heard 7 pm previously, however, the two hour rule sounds good to me as well :)
