Is it bad to excercise after eating?
I’m kind of an excercise freak I love stretching and doing workout videos but only when I am in the mood, which always happens to be either after eating or late at night before bed. Is this bad somehow? Should I try to change my habbits?
like no1princess said try exercising 1/2 and hour before… but I been told its bad to eat and then exercise, run,, do all that.. and if you do eat, it should be and hour or so before you start exercising…
I am not sure wiether this is good or bad, but if you could change maybe you should try exercising for 1/2 hour before eating that way when you eat it doesnt leave extra fat or bad nutrients
