Drinking Milk

I like drinking milk a lot… I am drinking milk as if its water, anything wrong in it ?

I think that it’s very dangerous if most of your liquids that you intake is milk. Start drinking less milk and more water because most likely, you’d get really sick. Good luck!

It might be a lot of calories but it also has a lot of calcium. Milk is good! Ain’t Nothing wrong with it!

You can intoxicate yourself with milk . Too much Calcium If you’re taking 4,000 mg of calcium per day, you’re taking much too much, and I urge you to reduce the amount. Look it up but more then likely you cant be taking that much itsss waaay to much. you can get side effects such as fatigue naseua and anemia. =] stay healthy and remember too much of everything is bad.

It depends on your milk supplier… usually inundated with Bovine Somatotropin… Britain is flouridating their milk now… and you may become lactose intolerant… go easy on it. If you drink milk in place of water you will become sick in short time… your body doesn’t have the enzymes to process the lactose. Stick to water.

Such a preachy answer… sorry.

If you like it… can afford it… and don’t mind the stomach cramps and excess growth hormone broadening your skull… you could be doing worse things to yourself.
