why do old people shake when they poor coffee, drink milk and get into the tub?

Cause they are getting old, not as stable and strong as the younger population

Most likely they have a mild, or bad case of tremors (depends on where all they are shaking, and how bad.). Tremors are involuntary, somewhat rhythmic, muscle contraction and relaxation involving to-and-fro movements (like twitching) of one or more body parts. My grandmother has tremors, only in her hands though. When she is holding something her hands shake, and it makes it hard for her to write, cut hair, hold a piece of paper to read, hold a glass of soda, etc…

Tremor may occur at any age but is most common in middle-age and older persons…The reason I say mild, or bad case…is because everyone has tremors at some point….a very common kind of tremor is the chattering of teeth, usually induced by cold temperatures or by fear.

oh yeah, i have tremors but thats only when the up my dose of [prednisone] that i take for my kidneys, or i get em when i need to take my medicine like a warning.

No problem :) Yea, some medications have tremors as a side effect…

pretty much because their brain cells are dying off. In some cases it can be due to things like parkinsons disease, where certain types of cells die off and you lose alot of motor function (especially the ability to initiate movement).
