Dizzyness

So I have been on a diet and working out for about three weeks now, and I’ve lost about 15 pounds and I think that has something to do with this-

Everytime I stand up after laying or sitting down my eyes turn like black and I cant see anything and I get really dizzy. It happens almost everytime I get up.

Why is this? Im still eating a lot and getting all my vitamins…

hmmm…im not sure. be sure to eat the rite foods. its good that you have been eating healthy and taking vitemins. ask your doctor to see whats wrong. be sure to get lots of sleep and lots of fluids. thats all I can think of so I hope it helps!

That happens to me sometimes. I don’t think it has anything to do with your diet, you may have just stood up to fast :) Thats usually the most common reason. If your worried though you could tell your mum and ask if you can go and see your local doctor.
