What are my chances of winning Social Security Disability?

Thanks to all that Answer in Advance, iam a 41 Male but closer to 42 , but I look more like 32 to be honest, I was a tractor Trailer Driver, had a bad accident, Now iam Suffering From 5 Herniated Dics, Fatigue, Dizzyness, Server Lower back pain, and Server Neck pain, do to the 5 Discs, its been confirmed that I do have 2 pinch Nerves by a neurologist and he gave me, An evaluation of neurological function Diagnostic tests Electrodiagnostic tests , one in the lower back, and one in the neck, its what I’ve been complaing about for almost a year now, Also I have Carpal Tunnel in both hands, diagnosed with Fibromialgia by rheumatologist after all the blood work was done twice and her checking some pressure points in on my body, Taking 2 Anti Depressants because iam tired of the pain everyday, and life has taken a toll on me, at time’s I drop things right out of my hand and dont have stregnth in them, and if I walk more then 2 blocks iam tired and back gives out on me where I have to take a knee Feels like iam walking with an additional 200LBS on my shoulders and iam 5’8” 162 LBS So iam not built like a tank or a big guy,also they found something with the blancing on my Right side of my head, maybe that explians the dizzyness, I cant sit for long or stand for long, drives me up the wall.. Now iam Twiching at night, and my doctor tells me something about the nerves thresh hold giving out and making me twitch in my sleep and sometimes awake, Twiching is like legs jumping, and hands jumping or even head or chest, etc. I’ve worked all my life and made decent money, live in the state of ny, the reason I mentioned I look like 32 is because I know SS will look at me and just say, this guys looks really young, and I dont think they should deny me because of that.. I just would like an honest opinon from someone that works cases or knows about them, Thanks again..
