Dizzyness whenever I look/stand up.

Actually, standing up/rising quickly can lead to a condition called orthostatic hypotension. Happens to us all at some time or another—when we stand up to quickly it sometimes causes a quick, extreme drop in blood pressure. Majority of the time it is not medically a problem as when you sit back down the body and BP readjusts itself to normal again. Other things conditions that may be involved could be dehydration—do you drink enough non-caffeinated fluids. Some people simply have a condition called “vertigo” or dizziness. I have had this since a kid. When I turn my head a certain way and open or close my eyes(opposite of which they were when I first turned) I feel like the entire floor is falling out from under me and everything sorta spins. Same thing if I look up with my eyes only and then close them—bottom falls out again. Some of these vertigo problems can be due to inner ear problems or as in my case, theý still haven’t found a cause.
Sometimes as Ichibanarky stated some high BP can be involved. Also, as she stated none of us can make a definitive diagnosis, see your Dr and let them know what’s going on. Just a few things I threw out for consideration for u. you are taking the right precautionary measures, stand slowly and allow your body to adjust. If you are lying down,sit up on the side of the bed/couch for a few seconds before you try and stand up.
