How difficult is it to lose inches around your waist?
As diffucult as it is to loose weight. You need to be patient, & it will hapen with time. Also staying healthy.
It’s only difficult if you don’t put your mind to it(: Try eating right and doing sit ups with ab toning stretches. Hope this helps! :D
