How can I lose 2 inches off my waist in 2 weeks, before summer?
So in two weeks school will be out. I want to lose 2 inches off my waist in two weeks! #1: is it even possible? #2: if it is, if I follow this plan I put together, will it WORK? Plan: take a walk for 30 minutes, do stair-steps for cardio for 15 minutes, dance for remaining ten minutes, and then do those workouts from magazines, like GL or Seventeen.
I want to lose 2 inches, get more toned thighs and arms! Help!
- I don’t think it’s possible to get results so soon
- That’s a lot of work… don’t over do it or you could really hurt yourself. Remember your diet is important to. Lots of lean proteins, water, fruits and vegetables. Good luck!
#1 -> I think it is quite possible.. you will loose some.. maybe not all of it. #2 -> try a brisk walk for 30-45mins, do 15-30 mins of cardio, dance for 15 mins, and do lots of situps and stuff like jogging.. eating right. eat NO junk.
Get some of that flavorless fiber powder that u put in EVERYTHING you’ll poo out that tummy and then some and best of all its not nasty just put it in ur food and drinks!
