alot of fruits like, mango, peach, apples, apricots, watermelon, and bananas at least once a day. fettecine pasta is good too. bread for appetizers. celery with peanut butter spread on it. orange chicken on salad. plenty of nestle water, my favorite water. cereal in the morning with a side dish of eggs and toast. Don’t starve yourself…just be healthy. don’t go for the chips as a snack all the time. only once in a while go for chips and candy. Only (DARK!) chocolate is the healthiest one (not milk or nut!). fruit rolls are good snacks too. i made a snack creation one night that might be healthy. it might be too sweet of a flavor for some people but who knows. Chop up strawberries in a bowl. put sugar. rip up fruit rolls into strips. and put hershey’s chocolate syrup on it to top it all. try it out. good luck with ur wish for a gorgeous beach bod. hope this will work for ya.

Don’t know about my “summer body” as it’s winter for me but I walk home from school and substitute what my mum cooks for dinner for salad a lot XD I don’t do too much. Thin genes run in my dad’s side of the family so I’m kinda lucky.

well if you have quite a busy life, and find it hard to make time for this sort of thing you could do this program i made up for a class, that does work. its called the 4 minute workout (creative, i know :P) a set would consist of something like: 7-10 pushups 25 situps 10 crunches and 20 squats you repeat the set for 4 minutes so try to keep going, set a timer and that’ll help, maybe put some music on aswell. also, taking in more wholegrain will help fill you up more, which will reduce the need or want to snack, also drink plenty of water, maybe carry around a water bottle with you :) if you would like any more help with diet plans or work out scheduals or anything feel free to funmail me
