run lots & do bout 20-50 sit ups a day, eat HEALTHY and drink plenty of water. :]

Oh and, yes, everytime you’re going to eat something like a granola bar, a yoghurt, etc., replace it with veggies. That’ll help a lot.

No “dieting”. Just exercise, drink ENOUGH, not plenty water, and replace sweets with veggies or fruits. Wait at least two and a half hours before going to sleep after eating. Which means: if you ate at 9, you have to wait ‘til 11:30 to go to sleep. However, you can lay down if you want and it’s better. When you wake up you might want to drink a cup of warm water. Oh and, also, try not to drink cold drinks and replace them with warm drinks like Arizona teas, warm water, or simply heat regular ol’ juices like orange, strawberry, etc. It just needs some getting used to. Do about 40 crunches the first few days then increase as you can. Do this when you wake up and when you’re about to go to sleep. SLEEP!!! Sleep is so healthy, I can’t even say it enough. Get all your 8 hours of sleep, please. Please. And this is for general health in the brain, heart, sight, digestion, and of course, ACNE! But, most importantly, don’t stress and just be happy.
