My body suddenly became muscular with no workout?
Ok so i’m 16, male, 5’5” I skateboard and i’m a gamer. I’ve gotten used to my skinny build but a couple of weeks ago my body suddenly became muscular.. I started to notice my muscles are toned and I may or may not have abs, its kinda like its there but its not omg i workout a lot abs.. they’re just abs. Anyways, I was just wondering if its some kind of hormone thing? My diet is pretty just mostly chicken and fish then some beef and pork… i eat a fair amount of vegetables and fruits..my diet never really changed so i dont think its my diet thats causing my muscular build.. im not trying to brag though, i’m really concerned. is there something wrong with me?
I don’t know what it’s caused by but I doubt you have anything to worry about. My bf is the same age as you, hes 5’11, very skinny almost underweight, all he does is play games, no physical activity, and he’s completely toned and has abs. I do think it’s a hormone thing, some people maybe just are built that way.
