How do you deal with the stress from everyday life?

Before i was pregnant - Night out with friends. Wine and bath. Now that im pregnant - Just a buubble bath with music and candles. Watchin TV. Alone time. Night out with the fiance. Food lol

Go for a walk preferably at the park away from the problems. I find it calming to eat alone in the silence of the park.

If you smoke,try and stop or reduce. It will only worsen the problem despite of the effects it may give you.

Meditate!! Take 10 minutes if you can Sit in a quite room. feel where the tension in your body is and slowly loosen them. you may want to move or fidget but try and keep still. Silence your mind take deep breaths and tell yourself everything your doing will be worth it (or something in that matter). Tyr it everyday

Balence. bills- check them online to you can see what you should try not to be doing so much to keep them at a steady rate, try to get them pain on time to reduce any chance of extra paying

work- if you have breaks, use them. Bring calmer healther food ( Fruit salads, favorite sandwhiches, ect…)

family- try and schudle a certain night for just you and the guys or you and your partner. Maybe have a little family game night so no one feels ignored like you might accidently do during the week.

money- Make a grocery list and only get one or two little items that were not on said list. Turn off lights during a movie or when you leave a room. Shut down and unplug all electronics when done with them and done charging.

little tips- Stop with caffine, it only helps for a little while and in the end you feel more tired then before you drank/ate it. Try going on little walks with the dogs if you have any. Excerising is a good way to help manage stress. Going to bed early and clearing your mind before you sleep. Don’t eat within 3 to 4 hours before bed so your body can relax. Try to devolpe a routine and plan out your day so you know what you need to get done and won’t have to worry about it later.

Plan something big 10 years down the road. Whenever you need some time off, go drive an hour out of town and goto like a pizza parlor or a bar or somewhere nobody is gonna mess with you and bring a notebook and draw a little diagram about how your gonna achieve that big thing 10 years from now. Whats the first step? What can you do tonight to accomplish that first step. My goal? To become a political advisor to the president. And for what purpose? To rid the world of Apple products and all those scarf wearing steve jobs-worshipping hipsters. BTW did you know that by disassembling a microwave you can use the magentron to create a device that causes pancreas cells to mutate? MUAHAHAHA yes yes all coming together…
