How can I deal with this stress?

Ugh Im soo stressed out! I have a 13 pg paper on religion due in a couple of weeks, then I have 2 major tests coming up this week! Also a project due this week. Ugh how to deal with it! Also Im trying to model so this is NOT helping my face

Well sleep is the most important thing for dealing with stress, it will also help your skin for your modeling. Exercise is the next best thing; try to give yourself even a half hour of exercise and I promise you’ll feel better for it. Also make sure you’re eating well; poor diet will make you fatigued, slow brain function and lower concentration levels/stamina. You can get vitamin be “anti-stress” tablets from the pharmacy for a reasonable price. Vitamin B is always recommended for people who suffer from stress. Good luck my dear.
