Crying when I'm upset

When I have a disagreement with anybody, I get so upset and overwhelmed that I cry and it makes it really hard to be coherent and communicate properly with the other person(s). How do I get myself under control so as to better communicate with people? How do I work on not being so overwhelmed?

You must be very young. I was the same way…until I hit 25yrs. I’m 38 now and have a much more laid back approach to life than I did in my younger days. You’ll be fine. It just means that you are very sensitive. Life will eventually make you adjust emotions and become a ‘harder’ person. It is not as bad as it sounds. Maturity and life experiences will dry your tears. Cheer up!

I do the same thing I cry very easily..just take a deep breath tell yerself to relax maybe go to yer room or some place you can be alone fer abit til you calm down..thats what I do
