All you have to do is lay on your back, keep your knees bent and your legs together, enlace your fingers at the back of you head, and lift both your upper and lower body until your head is touching your knees. Stay in that position for at least three seconds.
Now there is a defference between crunches and a sit up.. Britt explained a sit up.. for crunches all you do is lay on your back.. knees bent but shoulder width apart. put your finger tips gentle on the back of your head.. You don’t want to lift your neck up with your fingers. Then you lift your shoulders off of the ground until you start to feel your abs contract then you release. If you are just starting out I would do about 25 to 30. Do to much and you will deffinetly feel it the next morning.
