“Pathetic Fallacy”
Face the truth? Or turn to the dark and submit to fear. One year of emptiness One year of searching for my soul One year of hell on earth Where did I find myself? In her heart, my essence held captive deep within her black heart Merely to keep her company in her bed of roses I was a fool to fall for her seductive smile and beautiful eyes Again and again How could I So irresistible you are So lovable So adorable Everything I could ever ask for Anything to please you My life is your life Every word you speak Every desire you dream I will go to the ends of earth to perfect How could you Bear such a heartless smile and press your shameless lips to mine The pain is deep, this is how I know you left a burrow in my heart Face the truth and live? Or turn away and die. The soulless life The empty breath A pain so paralyzing one does not fear darkness Not sorrow Not a hint of joy Evil begins to corrupt the mind Fear and anger purify the blood of pain Every day one seeks life
