What is a good cardio kind of activity I can take?

I want to take up an activity that will give me a really good workout, like a class like kickboxing (which i am considering but i want other options) .. i did dance for 8 years, a bit of dance for 2, then took a year off, now im getting out of shape haha. And no im not just going to go to the gym because i wont ever get off my couch to go

Do you like to jog? I find doing that on a firm schedule will give you a great cardio workout and increase your stamina the more you apply it.

elliptical. not hard on the knees. or cardio dance

from what i hear walking is the best. you can start slow then go as fast as you can take it. also swimming laps.

yeah swimming would probably be good. maybe theres like a swim team i can join. thx :)

Wii fit.. free step. I lost 20 pounds in the summer doing that and others.
