Can you you perceive Aura ?

I’ve been reading some articles about aura perception. I’ve tried it several times but only few attempts seemed to be successful. I was able to see a very light white-green aura around my hand…I was staring into the middle of my fist when everything started too appear just the same, dark grey. I wasnt able to distinguish the shape of my hand and then the hand turned dark, so my hand looked like a black shadow with light aura around it

I saw only white-green colour, no orange, red nor yellow. Maybe Im not skilled enough yet

Can you see aura ? what do you think about it ? could you give me some advices how to better myself ?

I can see aura but I’ve been practicing it for almost 20 years.

What you’re seeing now is commonly what you see - you just learn how to perceive it properly.

The best way to learn is to get a candle and a person to sit in front of a plain white wall. Stare at the candle for a minute - notice the glow around the flame - that’s what you are looking for around the person. Then stare at the person - not directly, but sort of “around” the person…you should see the glow like the candle left.

With time, the colours will become more pronounced for you.

I think that if you put soeone up against a white wall, you can easily percieve aura. I’ve sorta don it before.
