Can I lose 30 pounds before school starts?

I’m 5’3 and I weigh 152 lbs. I was also wondering if you did a certain amount of jumpingjacks that it could make up for running because there isnt really any place I could run where I live.

-jump rope -diet( no junk food) -use a bike machine -swim( if you got a round pool do laps running around it, great resistance excerise) -get plenty of sleep, you burn calories as you sleep if you didnt alredy know, but not too much sleep ide say 8-10 hours

  • dont have a lot of calories unless you plan on spending more time burning it off
