Can 17 be statutory rape>???

Ok my boyfriend is 17 and I am 15 and pregnant by him we been togeather for so long and we want a baby I no I am yung but he wants it and I want one too but kan he be statutory rape on me kuz of his age???help asap

to csavo I hope you never have kids you don’t understand that if you kick her out now you have a teenager and baby on the streets dyin because you cudnt except the life your child has choose she wud have nowhere to go and wud starve her baby wud die in the arms of her dead mother because of u please help society out and never have kids

Dear lexxi5…to you..if I have kids..I will have them when im in late 20’s early 30’s..I think I might have life figured out by then..and to you..is it that hard to wear a condom? really..I don’t think its to hard.but..I guess so..

nope your good. hes not over 18 so its not rape

No he has to be 18 once he turns 18 if you have sex with him before your 18 then that would be statutory rape.
