It’s not rape if they were willing. If they werent willing, its considered rape.

If she let him have her,I don’nt think that is rape,usually rape is when he forces himself onto her and she tries her best to avoid,if he was 18 and that age,that would be statutory rape and can be arrested.

depends on the states laws where you are living. most states I think its 18 years old maybe even if 1 of them is younger then 16. not sure.

There’s a thing called “age of consent” which means in some or most states, sex is only allowed for 16 years and older. It will be considered as “corrupting a minor”. But since you both are under 16, I’m not sure what applies to you…

It’s considered rape. Period. It doesn’t matter if she gets pregnant or not. She’s too young to consent to sex so in the eyes of the law you (being the oldest) corrupted her into it. Best thing to do? Wait until her sixteenth birthday and when you and her are both completely ready.
