How many calories should I eat on a daily basis?

I’m 13 and don’t really exercise very much .. Only about ten minutes at school .. And k don’t know what else I need to put haha

I’m not very active haha and I’m like 96-97 ? pounds since the last time I weighed myself which was in April haha :P

I would probably say 1,700 to 2,000 calories? You seem to be healthier than most out there, just add some exercise and you’re fine. And of course eating the right things and such.

A regular diet is 2,500 calories. If you are on a diet, try a 1,500-2,000. But don’t forget to eat only good calories. Not sweets & good tasting stuff with lots of calories. Eat lots of veggies and fruits, also eat lots of protein like meat or beans.
