Is it ok to have bread, caramel rice cakes, and oatmeal on a diet?

are these foods ok for diets?

Answer #1

Depends what kind of diet you are on. If you want to loose weight, then no, not really. You should avoid white bread and caramel and rice and cakes and caramel rice cakes and oatmeal…

Answer #2

what about cereal?

Answer #3

Well that also depends, what kind of cereal? Read the nutrition information on the package. It shouldn’t have more than 6g of fat, and more than 4g of sugar. Things like fruit loops are terrible, things like all bran type stuff can be okay but often they put apricot and honey in it which raises the sugar level by a lot.

Answer #4

Oatmeal yes. Caramel rice cakes no. Oatmeal is chalk full of complex carbs and whole grains which ate good for your body to produce natural energy and keep your body fueling. But if you eat processed carbs like a caramel rice cake it’ll slow you and touretabolism down which will produce more and more fat. Which will go against the diet.
