This is my average diet during the holidays
Weekend Breakfast: Oats made with low fat rice milk Banana and rice milk smoothie
Lunch: Gnocchi with napoletana sauce
Snack: 2 plums then gelato (weekend treat :), wouldnt usually have it though)
Dinner: Bread roll with low fat ham, low fat ricotta and tomato
Snack sustagen made with rice milk watermelon
During the week my diet would be Breakfast: 2 weetbix 1/2 cup rice or skim milk banana
Lunch Chicken breast Rice Salad
Snack Low fat yoghurt piece of fruit e.g. apple or plum
Dinner Bread roll with ham and salad
Snack watermelon sustagen made with rice milk
is this healthy?? my mum makes me have a large glass (250ml) of sustagen and rice milk every night because she thinks im underweight even though my bmi is healthy! thanks
Sounds very healthy just makes sure that you eat enough, being underweight is very dangerous and unattractive.
I think its healthy. but iono haha
