I like adidas running shoes, they also last very long.

Go to a place that specializes in sports equipment and get fitted for your feet and your running style. They should be able to advise you there.

Running shoes are better for your joints and I found that I had a lot less muscle soreness after buying proper shoes.

Hmm I just wore my regular shoes when I ran cross country. Didn’t think of anything else. A google search said any running shoes are fine for most people, but some people wear spiked shoes during races.

I do:) go on fttf.com, they have many types of shoes… they also have a real specific description that will help you look 4 the type of shoe you need:) I prefer saucony… if your woderin!
