Any good ideas?
Im very athletic but no matter how hard I work out my abs I cant seem to get them to show. Well the top 4 abs do, but not the bottom 2. So my question is what is a good excercise to target the lower part of my abs?
I was going through the same thing. I was doing 200 sit-ups in the morning and another 200 at night. I did this for 3 months with little change. I had a 2 pack. lay on your back with your legs up in a 45 deegree angle feet on the floor put your left or right ankle on the opposite leg right below your knee and then try bring your lower body up to your upper body it works the whole lower abs section and you should do it on both legsā¦if this didnt make any sense look up ab workouts on youtube you will find it if you look.
