Who thinks this is a good idea?

Well if someone was to drink 10 glasses of water throughout the day and eat upto 1500 cals they would lose weight as the water would flush out all the ‘fat’.. ? I was having random thoughts and came up with this and just thought I’d ask what you people thought because water has no calories or fat and bloats you up so when you go the toilet wouldn’t some of the ‘fat’ break down with it and some fat become easier to burn and dissolve or something?? just a thought..

1500 calories for a woman seems a lil high to me.. 2000 calories is whats recommended for a male in the UK

Actually 2000 for a woman and 2500 for a male.

1500 calories is not enough. Your body will enter into a starvation mode and you could end up gaining weight.

Also too much water isn’t good for you. You need 2 litres a day, not more than that. Drinking enough water will help you lose some weight, but you need a healthy diet to go with it. 1500 calories a day is not a healthy diet.

that 8 glasses a day of water myth is untrue ;)

yes, water suppresses hunger but you have to drink a hell of a lot of it for it to take effect. so what your asking with the 10 glasses of water a day and eating 1500 calories, the answer is no… you wont lose weight with a diet like that.

1500 calories for a woman seems a lil high to me.. 2000 calories is whats recommended for a male in the UK and them extra 500 calories I can get from a 1 inch squared piece of cheese…

largar and spirits are 100% opposite… largar is a appetite enhancer and spirits are a appetite suppressant…

fruit will fill you up too and as we know, fruit is good for you :)

I’ve prob rambled on so much off topic haha

Answer #3

depending on your diet sometimes 2 litres isnt enough

Answer #4

but I was thinking you know the way you have ‘water weight’ yeah? I was thinking that the way your body thinks it’s getting short on water it stores it so if you keep drinking loads then it will let it go hmm :\ I know I may sound stupid but it is hard to explain lol anyways perhaps you’re right I will try this experiment for a week and see what happens yeah :P

Answer #5

No That Wouldn’t Work Yes Water Contains No Calories Food Contains Energy (Calories) You Naturally Lose 500 Calories A Day So You’ll Still Have To Excersize Or Walleva Also Water Won’t Just Flush Food Out Of You If You Drink Too Much Water Your Body, A Very Smart Mechanism, You Will Have To Urinate A Lot Because Of The Excess Water Your Body Will Only Take What It Needs
