Is six meals a day a good idea?

Yeah, I’m thinking about doing that.. Because when I eat, I’m always hungry 2-3 hours after and I have to wait at least four, before I have another. So what are good ideas for ‘small’ meals? Maybe half an apple, or Half a Sandwich? What are some other Good Ideas??

Try eating meals with wheat pasts or mix white and wheat. (ex quick fix chicken fedichinni alfredo) (2 cans white meat chicken drained, wheat pasta, & low sodum alfredo sause) These are good for you, but will stay with you longer than fruit or basic sandwiches. Try using the fruit or carrot & celery sticks with dressing or peanut butter for a snack. Good Luck Mel

What TinaTodder means is eat the apple and sandwhich. Just an apple is not enough food. What people mean by six small meals, is not have a full course meal three days a week, but rather breaking it up into 6 meals. It doesnt mean starve yourself either…

the best thing to do is eat six small meals every two hours

eat like a whole apple or a sanwhich with grapes or nuts with water neva soda

Well, I mean I’m talking about the six meal a day thing. not the ‘SMALL” meal. Like I’m not talking about a SMALL-x3 meals a day…
