Im havin a really bad anxiety attack I cnt fkin breathe its getting r;y bad I’ve had these before but they never lasted this long this ones lasted abt 45mins/ noones home what can I do to calM MYSDLRF?

Answer #1

keep trying that and think of this experience as a way to rid yourself of this phobia. confront it and keep breathing deeply. it will pass, remember try thinking of something else. it might take a while, sweetie. they may last hours. just relax!

Answer #2

Get a paper bag and breathe through that and just sit down or stand, depending which you feel helps you get more air. try telling yourself everything is okay and try thinking positively. don’t overwhelm yourself. but really, try the paper bag!

TAKE CARE. ]:

Answer #3

I have that too,sit down, take a small breath, exhale for 5 seconds, bendover till your chin touchesur knees, this will open your airway and lungs more.if it hurts to do this, wait till it a little and do it quickly.keep exhaling slowly. then try a breath a little longer, then try to blow out for a few seconds.after its over,go to your parents and tell them to record every time it happens,it could help predict future attacks.if they get longer and more painful,go to your docter for suggestions.remember, just stay calm.breathing may be a little difficult at first, but it will be ok.just alternate with this and the paper bag, everthing will pass.youll growoutofit.just practice breathing and exhaling slowly when there isnt an attack to help breathing.its ok.
