How long does a headache from an anxiety attack last?

Yesterday in school a teacher gave me an anxiety attack from yelling at me too much and I have a lot of stress outside of school too and it wasn’t that bad but it was still pretty bad bad enough that I almost fainted I have epilepsy or seizures whichever you prefer to call them so that probably didn’t help much and ever since yesterday at 1:30 pm I’ve had a headache and been dizzy eversince I was wondering if I am going to be ok because I have never had a headache this bad after I had an anxiety attack!! Like should I go to the nurse or leave it alone? How long will it last until it feels better? What should I do? Any sugestions would be appricated! Thank you
