Answer #1

A lot of stress all the time

Answer #2

If the attacks are extreme and she’s having trouble controlling them on her own she needs to see a doctor. Anxiety can be controlled with medication or sometimes by counseling through your problems and finding the route of your anxiety. I used to have severe anxiety attacks that started after my dad was diagnosed with cancer 7 years ago. The stress from always worrying about him and being upset is what caused mine. I tried taking medications but i didn’t like the way they made me feel and i decided to do counseling instead. It worked for me and i haven’t had an attack in years.

Answer #3

Yes, it’s quite possible. I’ve witnessed numerous people have anxiety disorsders due to their work conditions, and I’ve acknowledged that you can develope anxiety just by going to school. You can manage. One of the things I would suggest, is a co-ed group. Talking with both sexes about your issues.
