NO, NOT SAFE!!! DANGEROUS!!! go to mypyramid.gov and click on the link on the right side that says mypyramid plan. Fill out your neccesary information. It will tell you how many calories you should eat. Subtract about 300 calories from the amount. You should lose weight the healthy way. And a little tip ALWAYS eat breakfast, it will make you burn calories easier.

900 cals is not a lot!not the best idea. so to answer no its not safe,yes you will lose weight and yes bad things can happen.Do 1600 cals and get your body moving and eat right.why must you do this?

that is not enough food. you will end up getting sick of it and binge. then all that weight will come right back. lost weight the right way. it’s healthier and once you lose the weight, it’s harder to put it back on. be smart darlin.
