is it safe? Will I loose weight? Will aything bad happen?

Answer #1

NO, NOT SAFE!!! DANGEROUS!!! go to mypyramid.gov and click on the link on the right side that says mypyramid plan. Fill out your neccesary information. It will tell you how many calories you should eat. Subtract about 300 calories from the amount. You should lose weight the healthy way. And a little tip ALWAYS eat breakfast, it will make you burn calories easier.

Answer #5

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.
