How much sugar should a 18 year old girl who weighs 140lbs on a 1500 calorie diet be consuming daily?

I recently got a myfitnesspal so I can track my fiber, protein, carbs and other nutrients but I’m not sure what are healthy goals for me to be setting for each category

i am unsure of any where you can find a calculation to that. you can ask your doctor. to help you with the health goals, bring up this question. since you are young you can burn sugar quick so yeah … thats all i can think of.
