If you drink a rockstar energy drink with dinner every night, will it speed up your metabolism and help you lose weight?
no any energy drink is like gaterade. They give you electrolites that help you when you play sports. So you burn them off as you do physical activity. but no physical activity means no burning of those electrolites your taking in. Which means your just drink something similar to soda. Energy drinks and drinks like gatorade give you thos to help you burn them while doing physical activity if you dont do anything physical its just more wieght.

in short...no... Rockstars are energy drinks...meaning they give you energy yes...but just look at the back at the calorie count....It's a very high amount... Those things are loaded with sugar!!! They can keep you awake during a long day... It's like coffee....if you drink coffee with dinner, that's probably not going to help you lose weight....lol Diet combined with exercise is the only healthy for sure way to lose weight....

This is an energy drink, and it is not a dietary supplement, it doesn't magically shed the weight off. It can however supply you with enough energy to go to the gym and provide real results with a contestant work out.
I would do a little more research on it though, before you try this... Also, consult with your doctor... Because again this is not a dietary supplement.

i know it isnt a dietary supplement, but somebody told me that the caffeine speeds up your matabolism. i just assumed that would work to burn off all of the food in your stomache.
