How to lose a pound a day?

I need to lose 1-2 pounds a day. Please help! I feel so fat and I think I’m gaining Weight and I don’t know what to do. I can’t get fat again, too many Flashbacks of being teased constantly everyday. I don’t know what to do. I can’t go to a Gym, I’m only 13, and it’s been Wet and Rainy and cold. So I need inside exercises. I’m so huge I think! I’m 5’11, and 125-127 pounds but I think I’m 125 considering I weighed myself in the Evening. I need quick results and to be skinny again

well I’m only like 5’2-3 and I weigh about the same. you definately aren’t fat, just try to boost your self condidence and you’ll be fine. If anything, I need to lose weight. and it’s really not about the weight, it’s about the inches : )

Are you sure your 5’11 because your underweight for a 5’ 11 “ female. Well, if you want to loose weight I recommend cardio for 30 mins at least 4 days a week and weight training on alternating days

It may sound crazy but you have to drnk A LOT of water for every pound you weigh, drink at least 1/2 an ounce of water a day limit your intake to 500-1500 mg a day *limit carbs and eat high protein foods In the beginning you’ll lose water weight, but after that it gets harder And unless you made a mistake with your height, your underweight

hey im just like you im not saying its easy but heres some advice STOP!when youre full dont make yourself bcause later you can eat and b full off the same meal.2nd water you kinda have 2 lie 2 your self basicly pretend that the water is as good as a ice cold pepsi.3rdfast food is a big nono also exercise dont go overbored but have a routine. p.s did you no that a bigmac is less calories than a regular glass of sweet tea?
