10 pounds?

I really need to lose tenn pounds in 2 weeks. Any tips? I do a little work out in the morning to start up my metabolism as my sister told me to do, and I eat healthy throughout the week but still have one day to eat some junk food. Does anybody know any exercise tips to help tone my body out more, or anything along those lines?

I found excessive yoga to be relaxing yet fat burning! I would imagine that it would be hard if you werent very flexible… :)

well skipping is very good for losing weight I have ta do it in boxing you can tone up your body by doing light weights also swimming works every muscle in the body!!gudluk

I think you should bike and jump rope, those excersizes can really help you to lose weight, and gain muscle!!!:) have fun!!!

I think 1 kg is like 2.3 pounds… there’s 14 pounds in 1 stone.

10 pounds is doable, but it’s all going to come back soon after.

completely stop drinking sodas even diet sodas, and drink only water. Take a laxative tea, or epsom salt solution before you go to bed at night.

eat only vegetarian meals for this next two weeks. try not to eat a whole lot of dairy either.

omg are you for real, 10 pounds in two weeks??

ok im going by kilograms here as we dont use pounds in Oz.

isnt 1 pound = 1 kilogram?? if so I dont think its possible to lose that much within such a short period.

the first week you can lose up to 3 kilograms but is its only just water your losing.. why dont you just eat in moderation and exercise and you wont ever gain weight.
