No, not all yogurts are good for you because some are very sugary an have unhealthy ingredients. Having a bunch of sugar in yogurt would affect its benefits because it's unhealthier than just plain yogurt. Yogurt has good bacteria inside :)
Take the white yogurts with no additional sugar and put fresh fruits in. That's usually the healthiest you can get.
Do not take sweetened yogurts with artificial aromas. Many of them are sugar bombs in a health-food coat.
it depends on the brand most arent they are sugary and fattening but brands like activa and light & fit
Does that mean pretty much most yogurts aren't actually healthy except for plain yogurt?
I think the low fat ones are good!:D
