Grab an over hang or a pull up bar grab it and lift your legs out making the letter L hold it there for 30 sec then go down do it repidetly until you cant do it any more do it every other day for a mounth and you will be ripped. I have been doing this along with sit ups daily for about three years I had an eight pack withen 1 mounth an a half
