Yogurt is a good supplement to a healthy diet.
I went overboard about 6 months ago and was drinking yogurt smoothies and cups of yogurt like crazy. I ended up with a weird rash. Turns out I’m allergic to yogurt in high amounts.
yogurt is one of the many factors of a healthy diet. but like any types of food, you have to take a considerated amount every day. try low fat yogurts as PART of a healthy diet, but dont expect it to make you lose weight like crazy.
