Would doing this help me lose weight?

Ok so over the summer I want to lose weight. How much weight would I lose if I ate 1200 caloires a day and the food I eat would be healthly … No junk food. And what if I fast for one day a week ( not eat) would that work? I will also do like 20 push ups a day and walk at least 30 min. A day. About how much weight could I loose in a month or two? Would I have to not eat for one day?

Oh I’m 15 years old… 5”2 and I weigh 131. Any advice?

well some tips for losing weight

cardio - this is really important as your not gunna burn any fat without cardio drink 8 glasses of water a day - this is very important as it will flush out your system drink one whole glass of water before a meal - VERY important as it will make you feel full and eat a smaller portion NEVER SKIP MEALS OR STARVE URSELF! - this will make your stomch fill up with air so it will look somewat bigger, you will miss out on nutrition which you will need in order to be able to excercise drink green tea - its magical it makes you feel really light have protein - this is really important it will make sure you sustain muscle when excercising excercise in the morning a little before breakfast too - this will help burn fat throughout the day it doesnt have to be anything hard or straining even like running or jogging for 10 minutes will do.

and I cant stress this point enough - please do not miss a day without eating it will mess up your immune system and be very bad for u

the tips im giving you should work if followed correctly it worked for me I dropped 2 dress sizes

u shouldnt eat less than 1000 clas a day you shud sepeerate meals by cals say

Breakfast-300 Mid-Morning Snack-50 Lunch-400 Mid-Afternoon Snack-50 Dinner-600 Evening Snack-100

Total 1500 cals 7 days a week saving 500 cals a day 3500 cals a week which is equivalent to lb ad some exercise and you could be losing 2 lbs a week at a steady rate and more likly to stay off GOOD LUCK
