Workout question

I worked out real hard yesterday and am sore I have a goal to lose weight so I want to continue my workout today if I do this will my soreness go away in time or will I need to stop for the day?

Answer #1

Working out, and feeling sore is a natural thing. The soreness is just your body, and muscles adjusting to the sudden change in activity. More Importantly, like Cammie608 said above me, Stretch before each workout. It loosens your muscles and prepares you for your workout. Another thing too, Do NOT try and be Arnold Schwarzenegger, And lit an ungodly amount of weight. This will lead to serious injury. Work within your limits, and eventually, you’ll build muscle. ;)

Answer #2

DA SORENESS WILL GET WORSE..IT DUSNT MATTER HOW MUCH you WORK OUT TO LOSE WEIGHT IT SHOW PERSISTENTLY..ONLY WORK OUT ONCEA DAY OR IN DA MORNING & NIGHT. FOR EXAMPLE: I WANT TO DO 100 SITUPS TODAII DO 50 IN DACMORNING & 50 IN DA NITE…I HOPE THIS HELPS.
