so I am 14 5’8 (tall) 149 (squishy) I would like to know some good ways to work out that help you loose weight fast. I would avoid diet pills because of my age. the problem is I am athletic. I ride horses and play soccer .. I just seem to have excess fat around my belly, and arms. HELP :) diet advice would be nice too.

You need to cut your cal intake by 500 cal per day…drink plenty of water and get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. If you do this and play sports often you should lose the weight.

the only way to lose fat and keep it off is cardio diet pills only ruin your metabolism and you end up gaining more weight than you lost citrus fruits boost your metabolism green tea and water help a lot
