Will running help me to tone my legs

Please help me and tell me if running will help me to tone my legs and how long does it take

yes running does tone your legs… but try to do some lunges and leg workouts to see better results. I just started doing some leg workouts and running for 30 min a day and I’ve seen fantastic results in the past week! good luck

of course it will, and it depends on how much you run, if you run like a mile a day it will show up very fast, like the first week you will see changes in tone.

When you run, it generally tones your legs and thighs up. But you can’t just run for like a block a day if you want results faster. You have to gradually move up to longer distances, but start out small if you don’t include running as one of your “regular” activities. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Yes, running tones your legs.

well they will help tone your thighs but you should do toe raisers to tone the whole leg do them straight them turn your feet inward and do them

ofcourse it does… try runnnin 2 miles a day 5 times a week… and use a bike… youll see results in 3 weeks if you stick to it..
