Answer #1

I have had nightmares almost my whole life. They occur for about 9 months out of the year off and on, and it seems I get a break every now and then. I’m 22. Had a bad dream today when I took a nap!

Some say it’s the food we eat, when we eat it, stressors, ect.

I found that reading about dreams have helped me some. Like the reasons why we dream what we do. Recommending Sylvia Browne’s book about Dreams to you.

this sounds crazy but if you study wicka it doesnt, there are positive and negative energies surrounding your life and your nightmares are telling you that there is negative energy surrounding you so you need to cast a protection spell to stop them from invading your space

they dont start later on people get nightmares at any age the same as they get dreams you could have them at 4 years old and then still have them when your 94 years old some things your subconciouse mind does could increase your chances of having a nightmare and things like if your thinking about soemthing bad before you go to bed

I’ve got nothing left to say, everyone beat me, lol. Perhaps it could be a vision of some sort if any are recessive, or telling you something that needs light shed on it. I guess keep on your toes. If you need help translating I can help you. Funmail me about them if you like.
