Why did I gain 9 pounds?

I used to weigh 115 pounds a couple weeks ago. And now I weigh 124. How can I gain so much? and do you know how I can get back to 115?

Sweetie, you are stressing over your weight a little much. You are young..As long as you workout and nt making a pig out of yourself then don’t worry about 9-10lbs. Women/girls tend to gain a little around “our time of the month”, I use to gain 5-10lbs each month but it all goes away. During his time of the month take a water pill or MIDOL…it will help. Also your weight will go up and down depending on what time of day you weiged yourself. watch what you eat! junk food is not ideal for someone so concern of their weight. Eat small portions when you sit down to eat. I use a child size plate and sever myself a child size portion ,I workout..walk/run,do sit-ups,lundges,squwats,leg lifts/pressesand workout my arms biceps/triceps. It helps reduces the water bloting and weight gain. Oh drink water,Poweraide,Green Tea,..But no more than 1 –12oz soda per day. this should help you. Good Luck Sweetie!!

your weight has probably just fluctuated, a lot unless you can actually tell that youve put on weight, cause 15 pounds is a lot then you wont have make sure you only weigh yourself just after youve woken up after youve gone to the bathroom thats the best way to get accurate results otherwise if you used to work out a lot and you stopped and youve been snacking on junk food thats why its so easy to gain weight
