I have a Fast Metabolism & Cant Seem to Gain weight! HELP!
Hi everyone. Im 24 y/o and have been the same weight for 7 years. 125 lbs. Now, I know what your’e thinking.What’s seems to be the problem? Well, 7 years ago ,I was 140 lbs and LOVED it! I was active (sport wise) in high school, by doing cheer and dance. And immediately after graduating, I dropped my “MUSCLE” weight (according to my doctor) and have been this smaller size ever since. No matter what I eat or do ,I CANT SEEM TO GAIN A POUND! The Doctor explained to me that I have an extremely fast metabolism and it’s sort of backwards. I just want to be the same size I was in high school :-( . How do I gain my weight back and in the same place (Legs & Hips). I know for a fact that if I DO gain weight it will go to those places because it runs in my family & I dont seem to gain or lose anywhere else. HELP HELP HELP!! I’ll regret gaining it later, but I dont care I want it back NOW!
These all are really good responses! thanx so much ! I heard about the donuts,lol…and believe it or not, I eat a ton of them already. I actually eat a lot, but cant gain a pound. I also tried ensure & pasta’s for a while, & still nothing. But I’ll keep trying all of your suggestions. Thanx Again!

Seriously though, you should have your doc check your hormone levels and your thyorid gland. these are main reasons for weight change the way you describe
go to Gen X and but weight gainers shakes, just tell the associate what the deal is and he will tell you which to get. Remeber though this dont work this dont work unless you follow the routine which is usually six meals a day. So do you 3 main course meals as usual and between drink the shake 3 diff time. This also does not work well unless you work out at least 4X a week for at least 45 minutes.
Eat regular meals that have a lot of calories but not necessarily junk food. For example, drink full cream milk drink instead of skim milk ,and starchy food with a lot of energy like white bread, rice & potatoes. Do strength training (use weights) more than doing any cardio excersise to build up muscle.
you can always try pot noodles they always help me gain weight. Plus always remember to eat an hour before bed…works like a charm…lol
